Latina Voice offers various services in helping to deal with everyday stress or crisis situations through Yoga, Meditation, Reiki, Breathwork and other mindfulness practices. In addition, Latina Voice also focuses on healing through Arts Facilitation, which helps transform trauma through imagery/photographs in building a foundation to  self-acceptance and self-discovery.
