Lorraine R. Anderson has worked in nonprofit managment for over 20 years developing strategic program initiatives and services. At Latina Voice, she serves as the Director of Coaching Services helping people achieve their professonal goals by learning accountability, strategic planning while valuing cultural differences in promoting the importance of equitable and inclusive spaces for everyone.

Lorriane works within a specific framework that allows  action plans to provide the person with a true measure of critical thinking to enhance effective and operational skills. These skills learned are then incorportaed into various concepts to overcome identified barriers to achieve each person's goals and success.
